They told me mahjong was usually played with the older woman in the communities, otherwise, it was for gambling purposes. One of them told me he was only playing with us to practice for when he returned to Hong Kong to play for money. He was really good, too! <br /><br />I recently purchased a mahjong set earlier this year from amazon and a book on the rules.
