<p align="center"><strong>USCIS Presents Webinar on ELIS, the Electronic Immigration System, for Public Librarians
</strong></p>
<p align="center"><em>USCIS-IMLS webinar scheduled for September 29</em></p>
<p><strong>Washington, DC</strong>—The Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will offer the fifth in a series of free webinars for public librarians about immigration and U.S. citizenship topics.</p>
<p>As USCIS transitions to a fully electronic application process, more people may visit libraries to access USCIS services online. On September 29, USCIS presenters will discuss USCIS ELIS, the Electronic Immigration System and the agency’s efforts to move
their paper-based process to an electronic environment. This webinar will help librarians understand the functionality of USCIS ELIS, the technology needs of customers accessing USCIS ELIS, and resources available to assist customers with using USCIS ELIS.</p>
<p><strong>Webinar Title:</strong><em> </em>The USCIS Electronic Immigration System: USCIS ELIS</p>
<p><strong>Date and Time: </strong>Monday, September 29, from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. EDT</p>
<p>To register for this session, please follow the steps below:</p>

</li><li>Enter your email address and select “Submit”; </li><li>Select “Subscriber Preferences”; </li><li>Select the “Event Registration” tab; </li><li>Provide your full name and organization; and </li><li>Complete the questions and select “Submit.” </li></ul>
<p>All registrations must be received by<strong> </strong><strong>Friday, September 26</strong>. Once your registration is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with additional details.</p>
