<p class="MsoNormal">It does not require end users in Michigan to enter their driver’s license/state ID or participating library card number to view results as it is based on geo-ip authentication. It will work inside your library as well as at your patron’s
homes or offices. If someone uses this widget outside of Michigan they will be prompted to demonstrate residency with driver’s license/state ID or participating library card number.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This widget harnesses the resources of MeL databases as well as MeLCat. Results from the discovery service widget are full text database content, vetted websites from the MeL gateways, and/or direct you to a MeLCat resource. It is regularly
updated with new information from all sources. It functions the same way the search box on the MeL homepage does and we welcome you to test drive it today.<o:p></o:p></p>
