Form 471 along with other information needed to submit an application during the application window.<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span></span><span style="color:black"><br>

<span style="background:white">Provided that the online Form 470 and 471 Training site is available, attendees will also review how to complete and file the Form 470 and the Form 471 online.<span class="apple-converted-space">
</span>This workshop will be a follow up to the Basic E-rate Workshop held in June and will focus on higher-level issues that are encountered during the application and review processes.
