We are interested in your methods and practices of engaging tweens after school and tips and tricks you might suggest.in dealing with unruly behavior. We would also be interested in any program ideas. The desired speaker would have two hours and then the last hour the group would discuss ideas in dealing with the after school crowd, programs etc. If
